We will gladly replace, or exchange any items that you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of original purchase date.
Please note the following limitations:
- Items cannot be exchanged if worn or washed.
- Items cannot be exchanged if they have been altered in any way.
- If you are shipped incorrect items or items that you did not order please contact MBM GEAR Customer Service for assistance.
- Contact MBM GEAR Customer Service
- Customer Service will issue you a Exchange Authorization Number (EA Number) and give you further instructions specific to your case.
- Drop off the product at WNS front desk of 5401. It will need to be in a sealed bag with the above EA# & Family Name written legibly on the top of the box

Your replacement product will be delivered to WNS on the next shipment(Every Friday, weekly)
