Exchange Policy 
We will gladly replace, or exchange any items that you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of original purchase date.  
Please note the following limitations:
  1. Items cannot be exchanged if worn or washed.
  2. Items cannot be exchanged if they have been altered in any way.
  3. If you are shipped incorrect items or items that you did not order please contact MBM GEAR Customer Service for assistance.
 
To Exchange Items: 
  1. Contact MBM GEAR Customer Service
  2. Customer Service will issue you a Exchange Authorization Number (EA Number) and give you further instructions specific to your case.
  3. Drop off the product at WNS front desk of 5401. It will need to be in a sealed bag with the above EA# & Family Name written legibly on the top of the box
  4. Your replacement product will be delivered to WNS on the next shipment(Every Friday, weekly)
